Township Nine encompasses 65 acres and is entitled to up to 2,350 dwelling units, 840,000 square feet of office, 150,000 square feet of retail, and 20 acres of parks and open space, all within 1 mile of the state Capitol.
Township Nine will include a wide range of housing types that can meet the needs of young couples and singles, young families, and empty Nesters.
